The Equality Act (H.R. 5) is sex-change surgery on America’s body politic. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 is anesthetized on the chopping block. Now, “non-discrimination protections” are being added (like breast implants on a boy) to the federal law of 1964 so that, in the words of Nancy Pelosi, “no American is ever forced to lose their job or home or live in fear simply because of who they are or whom they love. No worries, due to unnatural democrat policy, perverts will soon comfortably keep their jobs and homes… while dying in the slow agony of AIDS:

In 2019, there were an estimated 36,801 new HIV diagnosis;
69% (25,552) of those cases were “gay or bisexual men” (
Also in 2019, “there were 15,815 deaths among adults and adolescents with diagnosed HIV in the United States and 6 dependent areas” ( 

If governments exist to secure the greatest good for the most people (and they do), and all good things depend on citizens being alive to enjoy them (and they do), then life is the fundamental good, and the hierarchy of all lesser goods rest on that base. Therefore, homosexuality and its agents of provocation conspire together in rebellion against the foundational means and ends of government, because in the name of love they cause the effects of civil war on the citizenry. In this case, we agree with Jefferson’s words, “whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it” ( No government can rationally promote a “pursuit of Happiness” (sodomolatry) which is destructive to “Life” (HIV).

To the glory of half the nation, “29 states still allow discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity on the state level, including in such sectors as employment and housing.” The rational among us are alarmed because we know the bill “could undermine religious freedom, medical doctors’ practices, and parental rights. A letter by the Conservative Action Project reads:

‘Ultimately, parents’ rights to educate their own children
and seek the best medical treatment for them
would be undermined…
In Ohio, a judge terminated a couple’s custody of their 17-year old daughter
when they disagreed with the recommendations
of a gender clinic and county agency
that she take testosterone injections…
Medical professionals will be vulnerable to lawsuits
if they decline to perform hormonal or medical procedures
on patients who identify as transgender…
Under the Equality Act, individuals and institutions could see increased lawsuits
for failing to affirm same-sex marriage (in foster care and adoption),
make single-sex private facilities co-ed,
and use preferred pronouns for individuals who identify as transgender.'”

We might well call this the Inequality Act. If it passes then we can expect all normal modes of being to be forced into a perpetual hunchbacked state of cowering subjection and inferiority, threatened with all the lethal weapons of modern lawfare. It isn’t Godot which will be staying gone; it is Good-ol’-times which won’t be returning.

This legislated immorality says, “an individual shall not be denied access to a shared facility, including a restroom, a locker room, and a dressing room, that is in accordance with the individual’s gender identity.”

How are these “legislators” not yoked with millstone necklaces
and slung into the sea?

The legislated lunacy says, “discrimination in employment and various services… is inconsistent with the constitutional principle of equal protection under the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States” (H.R. 5, Sec. 2. (a)(8)(c)). Now, the 14th Amendment does say, “No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor… deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws” (Sec. 1), but it also says, “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress… under the United States… who… shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” (Sec. 3), and the fact is:

and its promotion
are both rebellion against The State,
so our Sodomitic rulers are disqualified from office.
The Logic of Law demands it.
Rational men must demand it.

This is a riff on why, being a variation on a previous theme above:
(a) The best State is a common union that exists to secure the highest good for the most people; (b) Life is the highest good that must first exist for all other goods to be enjoyed; therefore (c) the life and peace of the State depend on the orderly union of male and female. It is rebellion against The State to disrupt the common sense of the people regarding the foundational good of Life on which all other goods depend, ie: the orderly union of male and female.

Scientifically and statistically speaking:
Homosexuality is self-harm.
It is impossible for sodomites to get “equal protection of the laws”
because laws that ReINFORCe homosexuality
pose an unequal threat to homosexuals.
Such “laws” are not laws: they’re institutions of inhumanity.

Note this well: Every State must have an Authoritative Statement on Good & Evil. No Statement, no State. Every State that plans to enjoy life and peace with decreased complexity and increased order, must give its people a common united sense of and Statement on Good and Evil.

Jordan Peterson put it well on Joe Rogan, recently, saying:

“The more ideas are dependent on a given idea,
the more fundamental that idea is…
So, now, imagine you have an aggregation of texts in a civilization.
You say, ‘which are the fundamental texts?’
The answer is: the text on which the most other texts depend…
And then you think about that as a hierarchy
with the Bible at its base,
which is certainly the case.”

The Bible, specifically the Law of Moses and the Gospel of Christ, is our fundamental text, and in his 4 volume Commentaries on the Laws of Moses, Sir John Michaelis wrote: “Whoever… wishes to ruin a nation, has only to get this vice [homosexuality] introduced….” So I ask: Is it “rebellion” against the State to legislate immorality that has proven through history to “ruin a nation” when its roots get a grip on the passions of the populace? Yes. It is suicide of the body politic.

It is Highest Treason to legislate immorality. Noah Webster fought in the Revolutionary War, wrote America’s first dictionary, and this is how he defined the word immoral as congress originally used it:

Inconsistent with moral rectitude;
contrary to the moral or Divine law. . . .
Every action is immoral which contravenes any Divine precept
or which is contrary to the duties which men owe to each other.

The proposed legal code enshrining perversion says:

Discrimination by State and local governments
on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity
in employment, housing, and public accommodations…
violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment

Historically, we must ask… what “equal protections“?
The old protections promoted by the state of New York?

South Carolina’s proud Sodomites once justly suffered more than “denied access… to… a dressing room.” After being found guilty, they enjoyed the full privilege of suffering the:

Obviously, the enemies of order, peace, and life will argue that the 14th amendment abolished these previous “cruelties” in 1868; but S. Carolina maintained its just standard until 1873. The white witches of theosophy were roaring in the land about that time, and paganism heartily revived in America soon after. Seances were all the rage in Darwin and Lincoln’s day. Following that, the days of Vaudeville, Jazz, and Leninism (1900-1920’s) were morally staggered times of spiritual intoxication. The 1930’s proved most Satanic: millions suffered and died under comrade Stalin’s premise that there is no Satan (the fruit of a loyal disciple of Lenin). The world became an altar for human blood during the 1940’s with Hitler’s applied Darwinism (after being driven to envy by America’s eugenics programs). Of course, the tragic spirit of Nietzsche’s Dionysian madness possessed the 1960’s, injecting a poison into the minds of a generation, thus deluding them into thinking they could transcend moral evaluations altogether and simply assert the power of their wills on the blank, meaningless, slate of time and chance. Sadly, over time, the slate has proven to be chalkboards of higher education and law schools, and we are not facing the consequences of chance, but deliberate de facto Satanism– Selfism. Sadly, the serpent’s seed that hatched such fangs on humanity was first planted back in Eve’s mind, but I digress.

Regardless, even if the 14th amendment abolished the last molecule of Scripture from the political arena (it hasn’t), it is Satanic to jam the signal of truth by conflating a person’s predestined race with preferred modes of sexual stimulation, so that anyone who opposes sexual sin is automatically viewed as equal to racist. An African’s race can’t change when he gets drunk, but a man’s sense of beauty may change, and his stern restraint may shed like clothes in the darkness of regret.

In the end, “remember Lot’s wife.” Pray for strength to love the truth when the world is drowning in lust for soul-deceiving pleasures. Pure love grows when it is shared. Share the Gospel! Don’t fear men that can merely persecute your flesh. Fear God who can destroy your body and soul in hell fire. Let the fire drive you forward. Let the light draw you upward. May the Word of Christ replay like the sweetest song in your heart as you do your good work. Even if the nations devolve into an homosexual world-empire ruled by a queer anti-Christ, strive to be wise and win souls! Your reward in heaven will be rich beyond your imagination. Rebuke oppressors! Rebuke the fleshly enemies of the spiritual life and peace found in God’s kingdom order! Educate your sphere of influence. Urge them to run from those passions of perversity that enslave, pollute, and destroy. Never give up. Don’t grow weary. Endure by gratitude in faith. Now, a few final words more.

According to Encyclopedia Britannica, Sir William Blackstone’s 4 vol.  Commentaries on the Laws of England (1723-80) “became the basis of university legal education in England and North America,” and in it he referred to homosexuality as:

A crime which ought to be strictly and impartially
proved and then as strictly and impartially punished. . . .

Blackstone went on to quote the “The edict of Constantius and Constans,” saying:

Where that crime is found,
which is unfit even to know,
we command the law to arise
armed with an avenging sword
that the infamous men who are,
or shall in future be guilty of it,
may undergo the most severe punishments

Time is short. Eternity is long. The pit is deep. The cost of cowardice and sloth is high. This bill of divorcement from sanctity and sanity is almost legislated immorality as you can see in the bill’s history below. The harvest is plentiful. Laborers are few. Heralds of righteousness are the crying need of this critical hour. Will you waste away in a daze or plow hard hearts and plant the wholesome seed of Life, the abundant life of Christ in us, our hope of glory?
